CANCELLATION POLICY
Hey, Glow Babe! 💖 Life happens—we totally get it. But to keep things running smoothly and respect everyone’s time (including yours!), we have a cancellation policy in place: ⏰ 24-Hour Cancelation Rule All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us time to offer your slot to someone else on our waitlist who’s dying for some glow time. 💸 Late Cancelation / No-Show Fee If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or don’t show up to your appointment, a $50 fee will be charged to the card on file. If the card on file declines, one treatment will be removed from your current facial package. No package? You’ll be blocked from booking future appointments until the fee is paid. No exceptions, babe! 💳 Why We Charge As a solo esthetician, no-shows and last-minute cancels really affect the business. These policies help keep things fair for everyone, including the clients who are waiting to snag an opening! ✅ How to Cancel or Reschedule You can cancel or reschedule through your booking link or by texting [your business phone number or instructions]—just make sure it’s 24 hours ahead of your appointment start time. ❗ Running Late? Things happen—we allow a 10-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may need to be shortened or canceled (and yep, the late fee may apply).
